Standard Shipping & Ground Shipping
For continental US, via UPS, FedEx or US Mail, allow up to 10 business days. All orders are shipped from our warehouse located in Southern California. Shipping costs vary depending on the size and weight of your order, where you are located, and the type of shipping you choose. Shipping times may vary due to technical issues. For any online order in the case of returned items, we do not refund shipping and are not responsible for providing a return slip, this is at manager’s discretion.
Tax Rates
All California residents are responsible for full payment of state tariff mandates, we are required by law to collect a sales tax of 9.5%.
In-Store Pick Up
Most orders will be ready within one business day. Please keep in mind that some items may require additional processing time to transfer from off-site locations. Other items may require additional processing time for assembly. We will call or email you once your order is ready for pickup. If you need an item right away we ask that you call us to confirm that the product is available before heading over to our store. Unless special arrangements are made in advance, orders need to be picked up within 15 days or a 10% restocking fee will be charged.
Free Shipping Offers
Free ground shipping on select orders over $100; Shopping cart total must be $100 or more after any promotions or discounts are applied. This offer applies to ground shipping in the lower 48 states and does not include expedited or overnight shipping orders. Also not included are items that have to be shipped to the store from a different warehouse depending on the size and charge of the manufacturer to ship the item.
In-Store Pick Up items show as free charge of shipping, only if the item is indicated as being shipped from a warehouse different from the store itself. In order to fulfill any online order there will be a non negotiable shipping fee to the store as determined by the item weight and time necessary. There’s an automatic charge of $100 for any large items (ie: electric bikes, large racks, etc…) then there is a fee from the manufacturer that must be paid in order to complete the purchase. This charge is subject to being added to the item during the process period at which time the buyer will be notified of these charges after they’ve completed the purchase.
Excluded from free shipping and are charged for shipping are closeout sales, reduced price/lowered price/on sale items, used items, international shipments must pay the fee in order to meet governmental standards (see the International Shipping explanation below) Over-sized/ Overweight do not receive free shipping which may include Bicycles, Frames, Wheels, Trainers and other large packaged items. All charges are at the discernment of Just Ride LA management.
Note: Returned items on orders with free shipping offer will incur shipping fees if refundable amount puts the order total amount below the free shipping offer total. This will be charged or netted from the refundable amount or onto the credit card from the original order.
International Shipping
DUE TO COVID-19 PANDEMIC AS OF MARCH 26, 2020 WE ARE NO LONGER ABLE TO SHIP ANY PRODUCT OUT OF THE CONTIGUOUS UNITED STATES.

Disclosure | Assembly Policy & Instructions
All bicycles purchased through Just Ride L.A. are required to be assembled by a certified mechanic at an authorized and active dealer for the given brand. If any bicycle purchased through Just Ride L.A. is built outside of a certified bike shop with a certified mechanic at an authorized dealer, any and all warranties will be voided. Bicycle owner’s manuals are available for select products, please email webmaster@justridela.com to acquire. Or check the website of the brand.
NOTE: Please check all your components on a consistent bases to ensure proper functioning order. Stripped or worn down cranks, wheels, and other components are due improper care and assembly that is the responsibly of the rider. Normal wear and tear and improper bicycle component upkeep will not be covered under the warranty.
If you have received an item in error, or if your order was incomplete, please notify us within 3 business days upon receiving your package at info@justridela.com
If you receive a package that is the wrong color, size or different from what you ordered, please notify us within 3 business days to be eligible for exchange.
All items marked ‘Sale’ ‘Used’ and/or ‘Clearance’ are considered final sales and non-refundable.
Just Ride L.A. strives to make every cyclists journey an enhanced one. In the event that an issue arises, we offer returns and exchanges to ensure the best ride. If you are at all unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) in its original form (unused, with packaging) within 7 business days of receiving your order for a full refund, shipping and handling return costs do apply. Any returns after 7 days in the same purchased condition can exchange the item(s), or receive store credit. Returns made after 7 days will be credited at the current selling price.

And we strive for similar accuracy and timeliness with the other information we offer here. We appreciate your understanding should any of the prices or other information provided be incorrect and regret any inconvenience such mistakes may create. Gift Cards
1.1 Purchasing Gift Cards.
Just Ride L.A. offers gift cards that can be purchased and redeemed through the Just Ride L.A online catalog or in-store. You must have an Account with Just Ride L.A. to purchase or redeem Gift Cards; purchasing or redeeming Gift Cards constitutes acceptance of the Just Ride L.A. Terms and Conditions. Unless expressly stated otherwise, Gift Cards will be provided by Just Ride L.A. in electronic form only.
1.2 Redeeming Gift Cards.
Gift Cards may only be redeemed through Just Ride L.A. and may not be redeemed towards previous purchases. Every purchase made with a Gift Card (plus any applicable shipping/handling fees, taxes, and other fees that may apply) is deducted from the Gift Card balance and any unused Gift Card balance will remain on the Gift Card account for up to 24 months after original purchase date. If any purchase exceeds the Gift Card account, the balance must be paid with a credit card or any other payment method accepted.
1.3 Gift Card Account.
The balance of a Gift Card can be reviewed by the purchaser or holder of the Gift Card by entering the respective Gift Card code into the form that is provided by Just Ride L.A. for this purpose on the Website.
1.4 Restrictions.
Balances on multiple Gift Cards cannot be combined into a combined balance on one or more new Gift Cards and Gift Cards cannot be reloaded or recharged, or redeemed together with a coupon or other Gift Cards for the same order. Except as expressly allowed by Just Ride L.A., Gift Cards may not be transferred for value or resold. Except to the extent required by applicable law, Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for cash or checks and Gift Card balances cannot be transferred to credit card accounts or accounts of other means of payment. If applicable law requires Just Ride L.A. to redeem Gift Cards for cash, check, or other means of payment, Just Ride L.A. reserves the right to select any of the foregoing at its discretion. Gift Cards can only be redeemed for purchases in the currency that matches the personal currency preferences set for the respective Account. Just Ride L.A. reserves the right to reject the redemption of Gift Cards and request alternative forms of payment, terminate the respective Account, and take legal actions, if Just Ride L.A. reasonably believes that Gift Cards are abused or used or obtained fraudulently.
1.5 Risk of Loss.
The title and risk of loss for Gift Cards passes upon electronic transmission of the Gift Card by Just Ride L.A. to the purchaser of the Gift Card. Just Ride L.A. has no obligation to replace lost or stolen Gift Cards, but you can report lost or stolen Gift Cards by contacting Management.
1.6 Limitation of Liability.
GIFT CARDS ARE PROVIDED BY JUST RIDE L.A. FREE OF ANY WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. JUST RIDE L.A. IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE QUALITY, LEGALITY, OR ANY OTHER ASPECT OF THE ITEMS PURCHASED WITH THE GIFT CARD.
Information Security
We protect the security of your information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts all of the information you provide to us and prevents outside parties from being able to “see”your transaction information. When your account information is displayed on your screen, we only display the last five digits of your credit card numbers. You also have the choice of whether or not to save credit card information with us in your Online Account.
Backorders
Occasionally, some items are unexpectedly out of stock or unavailable and may be backordered. If this should occur, we will only bill your credit card for merchandise that is actually shipped. The total shipping charge for orders split into multiple shipments will not exceed the amount quoted on the original order.
Returns
If there’s a problem with something you purchased from us, you can either bring it to our store or ship it back. Ship returns via Ground UPS or insured US Mail (we do not accept CODs). We will refund shipping costs on damaged or incorrect merchandise. Merchandise returned that appears used will be subject to a restocking fee. (Labor fees are not refundable, i.e., custom built wheels.)
Returns over $100 must have a return authorization number clearly marked on the outside of the package or the item will be refused. A return authorization number can be obtained by phone or email.
Online Refunds
DUE TO COVID-19 WE ARE NOT ACCEPTING ANY RETURNS OR REFUNDING ANY ITEMS PURCHASED VIA OUR ONLINE PORTAL AS OF MARCH 26, 2020 UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE.
For purchases completed through the Just Ride L.A. website, refunds may only be requested if item is not in congruence with the item purchased, if item does not function as intended. If a refund is approved by a Just Ride L.A. representative there is an automatic fee of $29.99 to cover processing charges for orders totaling under $1000. For items over $1000 there is a $99 fee. Shipping is not subject to refund under any circumstances and it is the responsibility of the purchasing party to return item in the same condition it was received. Once, the item arrives at Just Ride L.A. and is approved that is when the amount remaining (after the deduction of the processing fee) is refunded to the card used at time of purchase. The refund could take up to 14 business days to return to card from the day of processing. Any purchases made from the site are subject to policy and refunds are not accepted nor apply to clearance or for sale items (As Is) these are final sales.
In-store Terms & Conditions:
Warranty Claims
All new sales are subject to manufacturer’s warranty. In the event a claim need filing, it must be done directly with the manufacturer. If claim is accepted and it can be proven, Just Ride L.A. will comply with their instructions. If a bicycle is repaired or adjusted outside of Just Ride LA the warranty will be voided. We work closely with our brands and honor all manufacturer warranties on frame/fork and components for the life of the bike.
Return/Exchange Policies
ALL RETURNS/EXCHANGES/REFUNDS ARE AT DISCRETION OF CURRENT MANAGER.
Returns or refunds on Bicycles are not permitted, exchanges must be within 7 days of purchase date with receipt; merchandise must be within 10 days of purchase date with receipt. ABSOLUTELY NO RETURNS or exchanges on items damaged from misuse, discounted/sale items, cash purchases, change of mind or any used/previously owned bicycles, (used bicycles are sold as-is with no warranty). There are no exceptions to this. NO returns or refunds on any electronic or electric items (incl. massage guns, e-bikes, e-boards, computers, etc..). In event the return/exchange request is permitted there is a non-negotiable fee of 25% (or more). If a refund is granted, funds are retained in an in store account to be used for any in store acquisitions.
Special Orders, Layaway & Financing
Minimum 30% non-refundable deposit on all Special Orders and Lay Away. Special orders are subject to availability and inventory. Arrival times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. In some cases there could be upwards of 6+ month waiting periods. Layaway program is for up to 8 weeks max, if the bicycle is not paid off within 8 weeks the deposit will be kept by Just Ride LA. FREE Layaway on regular priced bicycles or finance options will be honored for a bicycle, part or accessory purchase of $500 or more. In concurrence with Synchrony Bank get up to 9ms no interest or up to 18ms no interest for a fee of 6% of total sale to be paid at time of purchase. We are not responsible for payments once approved. All questions must be directed to the creditor.
Service Department
We back up all work performed by our team for up to 7 days after pick up. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the work that was done we will try our best to make you and your bike happy. All bicycles left longer than 10 days after completion will be charged a $10 daily storage fee. Bicycles repaired and not picked up within 30 days of completion will become the property of Just Ride LA. Anything powered by electric motor that is not sold by Just Ride L.A will not be serviced. All new bike sales include adjustments, professional inspection & build, manufacturer’s warranty and 100 mile safety check.
Liability and Release
All customers and their affiliates agree to release and indemnify Just Ride LA and it’s associates from any and all liability, suit, or other action arising from bicycle, Electric powered skateboards, Electric Bicycles and any other related activities that Just Ride LA carries. This applies to in store test rides, group cycling rides, hosted group ride events and any and all services and or parts/bicycles purchased from Just Ride LA. Parents/Guardians are solely responsible for their children in store at all times.
Photos and Video
Just Ride LA reserves all rights to use your likeness for any and all online & onsite photos, video or other digital media in any and all of its publications, including web-based publications, without payment or other consideration. I hereby irrevocably authorize the Just Ride L.A. to edit, alter, copy, exhibit, publish, or distribute these photos for any lawful purpose. In addition, I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product wherein my likeness appears. Additionally, I waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising or related to the use of the photo. I hereby hold harmless, release, and forever discharge Just Ride L.A. from all claims, demands, and causes of action which I, my heirs, representatives, executors, administrators, or any other persons acting on my behalf or on behalf of my estate have or may have by reason of this authorization.
Just Ride LA (Downtown LA Bicycles Inc.) terms and conditions are subject to change at anytime without any notice. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, regardless of shape, size, gender or color 🙂
